3. Phone interview

In a quick 10-minute call, we'll ask you a few initial questions and get to know you a bit. You'll also get a first look at the Positec Group.
4. Video interview

Get a deeper insight into Positec's culture with a 1-hour interview. Meet your potential managers and take the chance to ask questions to see if the position is the right fit for you.
5. Industry-specific case study (depending on the position)

Before our meeting, work on a case study that's relevant to your field and be ready to present it during our get-together.
6. Getting to know each other in person

We're excited to have you visit us! Show us your personality, skills, and passion for the job. Of course, we're always here to answer any questions you might have. While you're here, take the opportunity to get a feel for our headquarters.
7. Decision

After we wrap up all the discussions, we'll make a decision internally and let you know right away.
8. Starting at Positec
