Flexible working hours

With our flexible work schedule, you can tailor your job to fit your personal life perfectly.

Hybrid working

We offer you the opportunity to flexibly use a hybrid working time model with a mix of office and home office. As a rule, this means 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home with us.

Open-ended contract

We want to work with you for the long term! That’s why we offer our employees permanent employment contracts.

Company pension scheme

So that you are also protected in the long term: we subsidize your company pension scheme by 100% (i.e. you pay €150 gross, for example, and we also add €150).

Personnel purchase

You can also get the right tools for your private projects up to 30% cheaper through our personnel purchase.

Germany ticket

All employees who work in the Cologne office and do not have a company car will receive a Germany ticket free of charge. This is our way of rewarding your contribution to greater sustainability.

In a 10-minute telephone call, we will ask you some initial questions and get to know you briefly. Gain initial insights into the Positec Group.

4. video interview

Get further impressions of the Positec culture in a 1-hour interview. Get to know your future managers. Take the opportunity to ask questions and find out whether the advertised position suits you.

5. subject-specific case study (depending on position)

Work on a subject-specific case study from your day-to-day work in advance and then present it in our personal meeting.

6. getting to know each other personally

We look forward to your visit. Impress us with your personality, expertise and passion for the job. Of course, we are always available to answer all your questions. Take this opportunity to gain an impression of our head office.

7. decision

Once all discussions have been concluded, we will make an internal decision and inform you immediately.
