Hybrid working

We offer you the opportunity to flexibly use a hybrid working time model with a mix of office and home office. As a rule, this means 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home with us.

We want to work with you for the long term! That’s why we offer our employees permanent employment contracts.

Company pension scheme

So that you are also protected in the long term: we subsidize your company pension scheme by 100% (i.e. you pay €150 gross, for example, and we also add €150).

In a 10-minute telephone call, we will ask you some initial questions and get to know you briefly. Gain initial insights into the Positec Group.

4. video interview


Get further impressions of the Positec culture in a 1-hour interview. Get to know your future managers. Take the opportunity to ask questions and find out whether the advertised position suits you.

5. subject-specific case study (depending on position)


Work on a subject-specific case study from your day-to-day work in advance and then present it in our personal meeting.

6. getting to know each other personally
