Flexible working hours:

Our flexible work hours let you shape your job around what works best for your personal life.

Hybrid working

We offer you the flexibility of a hybrid work model, blending office and home office time. Typically, this means 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Permanent contract

We’re all about building long-term relationships! That’s why we offer our employees permanent contracts.

Company pension plan

To ensure you’re set for the long term: we fully match your contributions to the company pension plan at 100% (meaning if you contribute, say, €150 gross, we’ll add another €150 as well).

Employee discount

2. Review of application documents

We carefully review your application materials and aim to provide you with feedback as quickly as possible.
3. Phone Interview

In a brief 10-minute call, we’ll ask you a few initial questions and get to know you a bit. You’ll also get a first look into the Positec Group.
4. Video Interview

In a one-hour interview, you’ll get further insights into Positec’s culture and meet your potential managers. This is your chance to ask questions and find out if the position is the right fit for you.
5. Role-Specific Case Study
(depending on the position)

Prepare a role-specific case study based on a real work scenario beforehand and present it during our in-person meeting.
6. In-Person Meeting

We look forward to your visit! Show us your personality, skills, and passion for the job. Of course, we’re here to answer any questions you may have. Take this opportunity to get a feel for our head office as well.
7. Decision

After all interviews are completed, we make an internal decision and will inform you promptly.
8. Starting at Positec

Congratulations! We’re excited to welcome you to Positec and start this journey together. Onboarding is very important to us. You’ll receive all the information you need before your first day and a comprehensive introduction to the Positec world right after you start.
